The fees we charge
Our fees are straightforward. For a typical freehold sale or purchase our basic fees are listed below (excluding disbursements). Please note: that additional charges may apply for example if the property is a new build, leasehold or if you are getting a mortgage – please ask for details.
Fees for a typical freehold sale or purchase:
Up to £300,000 £600 + VAT
Up to £500,000 £700 + VAT
Up to £750,000 £800 + VAT
Up to £1 million £900 + VAT
Up to £1.5 million £1,100 + VAT
£1.5 to £2 million £1,500 + VAT
£2 million to £ 3 million £1950 + VAT
£3 million and above please apply for a special quotation
